If your circumstances change during your 12-month access period, upgrade to the next package at any time. You pay only the difference.

Terms of Business
Each package provides 12 months of access from the date of purchase. Advisory session allowances and document credits may be used at any point within this period. Unused allowances at the end of 12 months are forfeited unless a renewal or upgrade has been purchased.
You may upgrade to a higher package at any time within your 12-month access period by paying the difference between package prices. Your remaining access period carries over — it does not restart on upgrade.
Packages are non-refundable once an advisory session has been conducted or a document service has been delivered. If you change your mind before any service has been used, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will consider a refund at our discretion.
All services are provided by our CIPD-qualified HR professional and employment law specialist. We provide advisory, analytical, and drafting support. We do not provide regulated legal advice. Where required, we arrange referral to our barrister on panel or law firm partners.
All information shared with us is treated in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
